Outdoor Tech Walkway tabling provides an opportunity for RSOs, GT Departments/Colleges, vendors, organizations, and businesses to engage with the campus community. 

There are ten table spaces available on the South, East, & West sides of the walkway and five along the North side. Location of table spaces are determined by the directional side and numbered only for recordkeeping. In other words, “Tech WW Table Space East 1” does not coincide with a specific location, just that you have reserved one of the ten spots on the East side of the walkway

Tech Walkway Table Space reservations do not come with physical tables. Tables may be self-provided or requested from GT Event Staging at least 5+ days in advance. Requests for tables/chairs can be submitted through this form after submitting your reservation through GT Events. 

Registered Student Organizations and GT Departments/Colleges should reserve table spaces through GT Events. Reservation requests can be submitted 7+ days in advance via GT Events by using the Outdoor – Tech Walkway Table Space template.
